Our services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy using evidence-based approaches uniquely tailored to achieve your treatment goals. Weekly sessions will include skills training informed by Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Consultation
Consultation for medical and educational professionals about complex cases with mental health components. Consultations may include collaboration with the treatment team, problem-solving, and the development of multi-disciplinary treatment plans to address barriers to progress.
Parent and Family Support
Parent support and training to help you learn skills to help your child navigate emotional ups and downs. Sessions may focus on one or more of the following depending on treatment goals: education about mental health disorders, behavior management, communication skills, or problem-solving. One-time consultations also available for parents seeking guidance on the next steps to take to best support their child.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision of pre-licensed practicum students completing their pre-doctoral hours and postdoctoral fellows completing hours towards licensure.
Group Therapy
